Margaux Bierme

Araceli Turmo studied law at the University of Paris II, Panthéon-Assas. After spending her year of Maîtrise at the University of Oxford (2009), she obtained a Master’s degree in European Union Law at the Université Panthéon-Assas (2010). She is currently a PhD candidate under the supervision of Professors Christine Kaddous (University of Geneva) and Fabrice Picod (University of Paris II). Her research topic is res judicata in European Union law. She has been working as an assistant for Professor Christine Kaddous at the Centre d’études juridiques européennes since 1 September 2010.

Research activities : institutional law and external relations of the European Union, internal market, EU litigation, EU competition law.
