Geneva Jean Monnet Working papers

The Centre d’études juridiques européennes welcomes submissions for the series « Geneva Jean Monnet Working Papers ». This Working Papers series covers all topics related to European Union Law, in particular those on the External Action of the European Union (including the relations between the EU and Switzerland).

Proposal

Working Papers can be submitted by professors, post-doctoral fellows, doctoral fellows and other authors and should be sent to:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Submissions will be scrutinized by a scientific comity composed of University professors. The scientific comity will then make a final decision on whether the proposal is relevant regarding the “Geneva Jean Monnet Working Papers” series. This decision should normally be given within 4 to 6 weeks except concerning certain academic period which would require a longer time to process.

The author will then be contacted for the publication of the final version of the contribution. Once the contribution will be finalised, he or she should sign an Agreement to Publish.

Formatting

The Working Papers should contain 8000 to 10000 words (excluding footnotes), and are submitted either in English or French, applying the style Garamond, 11, space, 1.5. The contribution is accompanied by a 250 words abstract (in English and French) and a list of 5 to 10 keywords (in English and French).

Authors should respect the formal requirements which can be found here. A template is also available.

Publication

After the proposal has been accepted, the contribution will be published on the website of the Centre d’études juridiques européennes (CEJE) under the section “Geneva Jean Monnet Working Papers”. Written publications could also be envisaged.
