Pranvera Këllezi

Pranvera Këllezi holds a PhD in competition law (2007, summa cum laude) and a DEA (2002) from the University of Geneva and an LL.M. in EU law (2004) from the College of Europe, Bruges. She studied law at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and at the University of Regensburg, Germany.

Before joining a law firm in Geneva in 2010, Pranvera Këllezi was an in-house counsel specialising in competition and State aid law for the EBU. She has advised the government of Albania on the drafting of the new competition law and on the law regarding State aid. From 2002 to 2009, she has taught competition law at the High School of Magistrates in Albania. Pranvera Këllezi is the author of several publications in the field of Swiss and European competition law.
